This innovative system includes a high quality custom made spa cover and integrated cover removal unit.

The COVER-PRO cover removal unit integrates with the cover using 6061 T-6 hardened aluminum keyway couplers installed at the cover factory for maximum durability.

The COVER-PRO system utilizes an angle to create a tight seam compression that insulates the full width of the cover. The COVER-PRO spa cover, manufactured by HeatLoc Spa Tops, is up to 40% more energy efficient than standard covers.

The custom made spa cover is made with premium marine grade vinyl, a strong non-corrosive metal spine to prevent sagging or caving, tapered foam core, key locking fastener, and a super-thick moisture barrier. They are made in the USA with quality stitching, attention to detail, and the best overall workmanship.
